We found Andrew a pleasure to deal with. He was highly professional and ethical in his approach, engaging and knowledgeable and, most importantly, keen to hear our thoughts and preferences in regards to the sales process. As such, and in contrast to other agents we spoke to, he was very open to discussing the pros and cons of various selling methods rather than quickly trying to force us down the auction route. In the end, we opted for a private sale and were very pleased with the price outcome. Moreover, we achieved this outcome in early January - a time when the larger auction-focussed agencies and agents were in summer hibernation. In short, we could not have made a better choice in engaging Andrew to sell our home.

Andrew provided us with a great result after a difficult and tricky situation that occurred after a purchaser was not given correct information from their finance broker and the sale fell over. Andrew's advice and patience throughout the whole process ensured we understood what was happening at all times and ended up getting us a better result than when it did fall over. The work Andrew did with potential purchasers meant we ended up having multiple buyers. Andrew handled the situation in a way only someone with 20 years of experience in negotiating could and more than justified our decision to appoint Andrew and Noel Jones to sell our family home.
