Our relationship with Community Benefits Real Estate goes back nearly 3 decades. James (Ben's Dad) provided us with Real estate Investment advise around the purchase of our 1st investment property which has turned out to a fruitful and successful one for us. In more recent times, Ben and Deb were involved in the advertising and positioning strategy around our decision to sell Clarkestown Avenue. Ben's professionalism, enthusiasm and his predictable pleasantness made the relationship one we would use again and be more than happy to recommend to anyone looking to either buy or sell a property. Right at the start we were impressed with the abilities of Ben Crowder. His careful, thoughtful and fastidious approach to the sale of our precious family home made it a much easier process than we had expected. The organisation for the initial photos and information schedule was superb. The on-going campaign over a few weeks (which to the seller often seems longer) was handled sensitively and with awareness of our needs and abilities to have the house available for inspection. We were punctually informed of requirements, times and any special needs for inspections on the day. Consequently we were conveniently organised so that a smooth operation was had by all. At all times Ben followed up and we felt the situation was under control. There were no panic moments that are part of vendor history. The final sale was again handled in Bens businesslike, straightforward and careful manner. We are extremely pleased that we chose Ben to be our Real Estate Agent.
