"Would Not Deal With Him as a Buyer"
Contract period from the 27-MAY-2019 to 08-JUL-2019. The following incidents occurred: 1. No license to occupy after he stated it was sent to my solicitors, it never happened 2. Rubbish left by the previous owners 3. TV mount included on contract was not in the property 4. Keys on settlement day was in previous owner's hands 5. Had to chase a plant that was removed LJ Hooker Walkerville was helpful in rectifying the issues, but I cannot recommend buying from this person. Friend also had issues
