Franca was very professional to deal with, she responded to my enquiry on line and followed up with messages to gain my interest and with her local knowledge was able to successfully obtain us as new landlords. She has organised all of the trades to complete works at our house and made the transition as smooth as possible. She has successfully advertised and found new long term tenants within a reasonable period. Yes I would highly recommend Franca

"I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them"

We recently were in search of an agent to manage our investment property for us and also for a rental to live in. We met with Franca and George and were instantly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They made renting our property out, and renting another, an easy transition especially seeing as I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time. Since the move they act on all maintenance requests immediately and within hours have tradespeople booked for a quick resolution. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

"I can't speak highly enough"

Having had the whole experience with Ham Kerr Property, I can't speak highly enough. My husband and I purchased our first investment property with Ham Kerr Property. They made the process so easy for us. They then went on to manage our property, placing excellent tenants in our Blackburn property who always paid on time and I could trust that all maintenance was dealt with appropriately. They also managed the Owners Corporation for the premises which was always beautifully maintained. When it came time to sell that property, it was an easy decision to engage Ham Kerr Property to do the job which they did exceptionally well and at a fantastic price. I was so impressed, I obtained my Agent Representative Certificate and have been working with Ham Kerr Property for the last 6 years!

"Keep up the great work!"

I have been a tenant in multiple properties with Ham Kerr for over 10 years. When my previous landlord gave me notice after nine years it was a stressful time as I travel internationally for work on short notice regularly. Within THE SAME DAY of being issued a notice to vacate I was presented with four immediate options by Franca Katsaris and an offer to meet me at my favourite that day on my lunch break. Due to my tenant history, this process could not have been easier and my new lease was offered and design within a day, which was a massive relief. I will always chose Ham Kerr for my first choice in renting and shortly Ill be providing them my own investment property to manage. Any issue Ive ever raised has been addressed next to immediately including an emergency electrician when a fuse box died at 9pm on a weeknight. The team could not be more helpful and really work hard to protect the landlord but supply fair and friendly service to the tenants. Keep up the great work!
