"Unhappy customer"

Gary Rosetto would turn up late on open house days. Customers would be standing outside waiting for him to arrive. I asked for updates on Customers that attended my open house and Gary yelled at me over the phone stating he updated me on the day and suggested to email the response and update but not one email. I would leave straight away when Gary Rossetto turned up at my open house because he would talk down to me. Anyone wanting to sell there house please get a few quotes from few different real estate agents. Very disappointed in selling my home through Raine and Horne Penrith as I thought Raine and Horne was a good company to have gone through. I would not use Raine and Horne again or recommend them to my friends,
