Harry was quick to identify the property as a potential development site and targeted the promotion accordingly. He explained the financial model and the associated costs of development based on knowledge and experience . This greatly eased my mind as to what might be a realistic sale price. Notwithstanding this, and having to finalize the auction on-line due to COVID Restrictions, he was able to achieve an unexpected and greatly appreciated sale price. Harry provided regular updates.
