Jay listened to what we wanted and worked towards that result over the whole period of the sale process.. He didn't push for a price reduction after the first 2 weeks as we have seen others do. The climate was difficult due to COVID-19 impact. He always respected what we wanted to do, and we achieved a satisfactory and fair outcome. Very good work from Jay and would recommend him to anyone.
