"Honest, Pragmatic & Dedicated"
We had a very drawn out, long distance and complicated sales process (due to some unfortunate problems, totally outside of anything to do with the Real Estate) that required us to withdraw from sale and then start the process again. Kristian was extremely helpful and really enabled us to get back on the market as soon as possible. It wasn't always possible for us to get back to the Coast but Kristian was happy to go and meet tradesmen, council, etc, if we couldn't be there. He was always available for calls, rants, and advice :) His feedback to us was unflinchingly honest and he didn't hold back in telling us what was realistic and what was required. He helped us look through a variety of options and spent countless hours at our house to go through what needed to be done. I valued the efforts he put into our sale, even though I'm sure he had other prospects that he could have spent his time and probably for more return! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristian, and I would absolutely use him again - as a buyer or seller. I've probably spent more time on the phone to Kristian over the past 7 months than I have to my parents and it's a testament to his commitment to a result for his clients.

"Professional and friendly agent"
After Kristian sold our investment which was a house in Erina we asked him to sell our actual home here in Point Frederick. He was as diligent and professional on this sale as he was when he worked for us the first time. Kristian is an agent we can recommend because he is honest, he works hard and always seemed focused on getting us a sale at a good price even in a tough market. Kristian has an excellent knowledge of the local market and what people are looking for in the property market. His assessments proved to be credible for me as a seller and I think a buyer would feel the same. Kristian is attentive and and listens to ideas but is also able to explain reasons for alternative ideas. Best of all for me, I feel that Kristian is quietly assertive but not pushy which is why I have put his name forward to friends for future reference.

Thanks to Kristian I got a pretty good result in what seems to have become a tough market lately. Kristian had a very good handle on what was going on in the market, and this is what helped the most, I feel. With this realism he was always able to give valuable advice. A first class salesman. Great communication and an excellent negotiator. Mr cool, always calm and had some great advice.
