"Best of the best!"

GENUINE, TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL !! Some of the main things that pop to mind after Robert listed and sold my home under the hammer. From the first meeting with Robert, not only did I feel comfortable but the respect, attitude and professionalism showed by Robert was something that I will never forget. I was always sceptical in selling a home with an agent outside of my area but after Robert being referred by a friend of a friend, I was never disappointed from the get go. Being in Real Estate myself, I knew how it worked as well as how they worked....well the majority of them anyhow! Not with Robert! Talk about down to earth but the way in which he dealt with everything from day dot is a testament to his hard work and dedication. I can now say I have come away with not only a more than profitable sale but a friend in which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anybody or anywhere. Right from the start Robert and Andrew from Harcourts demonstrated a very high level of professionalism giving us the confidence to list and sell the property. This professionalism continued throughout the entire process. The time and effort shown at the open house inspections together with the constant updates providing statistics on prospective purchases were invaluable. Every service offered by Robert was performed with a very high standard. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, the customer service shown by Robert , Andrew and the office staff was exceptional. Having lived in the home for 30 years, the thought of selling the property was overwhelming but the way Robert led the way in guiding and assuring myself and my husband are second to none.
