l was very pleased with the overall result and service l received with the sale of my house, in particular Trish Farquer her knowledge of the area and professionalism in her job is excellent no beating around the bush straight to the point a very honest person, nothing was too much trouble for Trish whatever advice l may have wanted or whatever else l may have needed she was always available. l would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone else, if l had to score Trish out of 10 then l would give 9 without thinking twice.

From the moment we engaged with Trish we were enamoured by the care that was shown not only in our house but with our interests as well. Trish was there with us every step of the way to provide support and advice to us right from the very start. She knew what kind of buyer would be interested in our house and set about to market it toward that particular buyer. We went in with realistic expectations knowing that the market wasnt a great time to be selling, but Trish assured us that she could achieve a much higher price and she didnt disappoint!
