"Do not work with this Dodgy team."

We first started renting through Arcadia Estate Agency when they went under the name of Daynes Property. We had been renting privately for about 5 years when the landlords decided to go through a real estate instead. The real estate never did any repairs we asked them to and never showed up for the inspection they arranged. No-one from the real estate had ever seen inside the property, and the landlords had never done an entry report, yet when we moved out the real estate tried to claim our bond for cleaning though the house was returned in the condition it came in. Definitely working in favour of the landlords and not the tenants.
