Steve Gilchrist is a very welcoming face, very respectable and likeable guy. He went beyond to make comfortable before making any choices, made sure to explain anything question or concerns we had. In saying this he also would tell us truthfully if he did not know an answer to something. He is very professional and also very polite and caring as he would care to ask us how we are doing and feeling about the purchase of this property and otherwise. i would 100% recommend Steve to anyone trying to buy or sell their house. I know i would be happy with him representing me and my house. Even when he wasn't working, he would be sure to answer our call or even call us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
