Is Annerley good suburb to buy a property ?
We are moving from Gold Coast to Brisbane and considering buying a property in Annerley ..we need some advise please . Mother and adult son at UQ .

Hi Mimoza, I may have met you in Yeronga at an open home? There are great places in Annerley that may be suitable for your needs. Fairfield and Yeronga would have the best access to UQ though.

Annerley is a fantastic suburb to buy/invest. There are a mixture of properties from units/townhouses to stunning homes on large blocks. Annerley is only 5km form CBD with great transport options as well as supermarket, shops and cafes etc
