Fantastic street right in Kings Park and overlooking the city with fantastic views. Kings Park is the front yard. Public transport and the CAT buses are at the dorrstep and for exercise you just have to step out of your front door. You can only afford to live here if you are extremely wealthy and your apartment will be larger than most houses will ever aspire to and the luxury of the apartments will take your breath away. It is a fantastic lifestyle for singles, business people, couples and retirees who can lock up and leave. I don't think that apartment living is very good for families, but hey, with Kings Park as your garden then you can always take the kids to the park. The downside is that you could never let them go on their own. they would always need supervision to be safe. The street is tucked off Fraser Avenue and parking is dreadful for visitors but you are likely to own several car bays, so you will be all right as far as parking goes, even if your visitors aren't. The parking inspectors are hiding and lying in wait for unsuspecting people, so just don't think about outstaying your welcome. It will cost you. Living or investing in this street - you will grow richer by the year.
