What is the requirement to resigning a fixed term lease (extension)?
We are based in QLD. Our current 12 month lease is finished on the 31Aug. We have received a request to resign our new lease agreement for the next fixed term but have been told the due date is the 12 May? This is 3.5months ahead of when it expires.
