Where to live in Brisbane for a young couple looking to start a family?

Looking to move to Brisbane from Sydney in the coming months and was wondering where would be ideal to purchase a house.
We are a young couple (28 years old) and would like to start a family soon. Ideally, we would like a 3 bedroom house within 10kms of the CBD with a pool and great local restaurants to dine out within the vicinity. Our budget is set at $1mil but hoping to spend a little below this.
