Hi,
The area around Austin Terrace is lovely and quite even though its close by the the busy beginnings of Lygon Street. Our office at Raine & Horne Brunswick manages 3 properties in this street and haven't had any issues reported by the tenants regarding disturbances and all 3 have been there for a umber of years and couldn't be happier.
In short, the answer to your question is the area around Austin terrace is fantastic.
