What does pest free mean, I am moving to OZ in 3 months

Normally this would mean that the owner or the buyer has had a building and pest inspection done on the home and the report , which is done by a professional building and pest inspector , has shown no indications of any infestations of Termites or any other type of animal or pest that would affect the building before purchasing the home.
