"Secluded, and cosy. Good investment opportunities."
Cambridge street in Port Melbourne is secluded cosy little street just off Alfred Street. Some of the houses should be torn down and redeveloped. It is reasonable clean, but I think there are better locations in Port Melbourne closer to the beach.
