Coolum has some great pockets. It really will come down to your budget and what you are looking for in a property as there is some much on offer! There are excellent ocean view homes on Coolum Hill, Great townhouses in Northern Coolum and family homes in West Coolum. Also some areas have lots of trees and rainforest or are walking distance to the beach and esplanade. Yaroomba, Point Arkwright and Mount Coolum are excellent suburbs too!
