Has the area improved?
Is it really as bad as what what people are making it out to be... or just internet warriors? Your honest opinion will greatly help my young family

I have lived in Coomera Waters and worked at Coomera in Real Estate for the past five years, there are some small pockets that are less desirable than others but this is the case in any suburb even the more expensive areas. Overall its a very affordable family friendly area with great schools and its easy to travel north to Brisbane or south to the coast.

have lived in Coomera / Coomera Waters for over 17 years - the area is growing - I have raised my family here - found it great.
