Hi, My name is Robin. The Coomera Waters residential area is very sort after mainly because of its great location giving you easy access to the Gold Coast waterways for the boating man. The mix of family age groups are from young families right through to retirees. Public transport to Brisbane Central by fast rail is just 40 min from Coomera and 20 min to Gold Coast. Buses run regularly in the same area. Good private and public schools are well established in the Coomera area and have a very good reputation. Infrastructure in the area is well established with good Shopping Centers and commercial areas catering to the growing needs of population growth. There are a number of good golf courses in the general area for the keen golfer. All in all Coomera Waters is an attractive place to live where you will enjoy a great lifestyle.

We are building at Coomera Waters, but is lucky to get a lot near Wangi way that has no body corporate. The area is definitely the nicer ones around Coomera. Has an upscale feel in this estate. But will probably avoid the west side of Coomera
