My answer is yes for the following reasons.
If you look at what facilities the Highlands's estate has brought to Craigieburn and what new Craigieburn Central (Town centre) will bring, the desirability of the whole area will be uplifted.
Also look at the following Craigieburn planning document and some important parts of it are being implemented now. Due to the integrated nature of Craigieburn facilities the desirability of this whole area will attract affluent people thus lifting the prices up.
