Hi Karin1982,

I have had a look at the Hume City Council Website and there is a Dog Park Proposed.
Please see below Information...

Craigieburn Dog Park
The proposed dog park at Craigieburn Gardens will be a fenced area that may contain activity areas including space for open ball play, natural rummaging environments with rock scramble and grassed areas, educational and agility equipment for developing physical skills, confidence and socialisation opportunities for dogs.

Craigieburn Gardens
The Craigieburn Gardens precinct is located at 153 Craigieburn Road, Craigieburn, approximately 400m west of Craigieburn Plaza and two kilometres east of the proposed Craigieburn Town Centre site. The precinct consists of recreation, community, emergency and Council services and facilities including the Craigieburn Leisure Centre, Youth Centre, Functions Lounge, Early Childhood Services, Council and State Emergency Service depots and parkland fronting Aitken Creek.

Council adopted the Craigieburn Gardens Master Plan in 2012 to guide future development, use and management of facilities across the precinct to respond to our changing and growing community’s needs. The proposed dog park has been located behind the leisure centre.

Hope this information Helps.

Daniel
