There seems to be an enormous amount of apartment towers going up. Are we looking at a potential oversupply?

1.How is the real estate market in Doncaster looking?
It has dropped no doubtably since the peak in the market 18 months ago however there are plenty of buyers at the moment, many more than we thought would be around. Especially so early on in the year.

2.What are the highest priced homes sales in Doncaster?
On average, anything over $2,000,000 for a house (not land sales) in Doncaster atm would be considered a premium property in the area.

3.What is the cost of selling a house in Doncaster?
Selling a house in Doncaster doesn't differ much at all from selling a house in the surrounding suburbs. Average marketing schedules are between $6000 - $8000. Commission fees are generally 1.5 - 2% in this area.

4.Who are the top local real estate agents in Doncaster?

5.What value will I get in a property report?
You will get all the recent sales in and around the specific area that is chosen, sales statistics, market report and more. A property report is extremely valuable and a necessity when preparing your property for sale.

6.How can I sell my home for more money in Doncaster?
By marketing it accordingly (advertising it on the most suitable platforms), styling it correctly and by hiring the best agent to show buyers through, call buyers back and negotiating the best price possible.

7.Auction or Private Sale, what works best in Doncaster?
Auction is always preference as it has an element of urgency around it due to the set date and time of the sale and competition of buyers all forced to act in the moment. For a successful auction, the property needs to be priced appropriately (not over priced or under priced).

Be very careful and shop around , agents can be bloody thieves , we had 1 we used as a property manager and the unit was vacated in a deplorable state and they refunded the bond with no question because we dismissed their services, another agent kept adding charges to a sale that were never used , such as photos and advertising, because they sold it immediatly without having to do said items
