This little pocket of Central Frankston is going through a boom phase that is unprecedented and is gentrifying add an incredible rate. We are starting to see many of the old tired homes being fully refurbished or turn down and redeveloped. Seems to be targeted and ultra popular with younger people that are moving out from close inner city.

It's fine. Other side is better golf link estate Barclay Ave woodlea crt area is amazing
