Why are we always unsuccessful in getting a rental
I own my own home. I have money, I have been given an amazing job there.
It cannot be that we have 2 dogs can it??

I would suggest start by communicating with agents on a regular basis to form that relationship, have all your documents ready for when you need to apply for properties, have references ready even character references, always helps. Dress well, when going to inspections, ask questions about properties you are really interested in. Always be upfront with the agent, honest always works in your favor. Good Luck
