MoVida Tapas Bar in Hosier Lane - Anyone been?

I know probably the very last person in all of Melbourne to have never been to MoVida in Melbourne, but it seems like its a bit of an institution in Melbourne food and culture circles.
So what's it like? Does is it live up to the hype?
I've tried to book twice before, both time I was told it was booked out for three months (On Sat nights)
