Looking for a Sydney suburb to live, working in Ingleburn

Hello! Looking for a suburb to rent in probably a house share. I'm 28, male, single and from the UK. I'm moving to Sydney for th first time very soon.
I have a job in Ingleburn, so looking dor the right balance between commute length and the quality of the suburb. What is quality? What am I looking for? I don't need the nightlife, I enjoy yoga and kickboxing. I like the quiet life, nice cafe's to read a book/study.
