Best area for 70-80 year olds prefer owner occupier area,Have flood maps.
We are aware of the proximity of Amberley so noise does not really worry us. We lived near the RAAF base in Darwin. We would like at least a double garage,( hubby is ex mechanic). Prefer a house not on low stumps ( i.e like a slab, split level or highset.)We have a flood map so can access all those details. Moving from Victoria.

Hi,
I carefully read your requirements. Unfortunately Rosewood and Warrill View have high crime rates. If you want near the RAAF Amberley and a bit safer, try Yamanto where you will probably find a good home with a workshop for hubby and still close enough to hear the bombers and C17 fly over
