What are the best and most affordable suburbs to live in or around ipswich way?

Im a single 27yr old who has a 2yr old boy :) I Cant afford anything further into brisbane, ive been in a private rental over a year paying 270 a week. Have a large dog will need a fenced yard and security. Close to amenities, daycare facilities, shops , parks, etc. Easy access to freeway to head to the beach but i dont want to live close to a freeway or bypass haha. Have a car though so living out a bit wouldnt bother me. Keep to myself mostly. Will be looking for a job. Anything will be better then where we are now lol.
