Does Tomato Lake have water in it all year?

Yes, it seems to now. There was a few years back when it really dried out and the bird life suffered a lot. I don't know if they have since fixed up some sort of water supply or that was a very bad year. Naturally the levels go up and down but it seems well maintained and has been okay for a few years at least, well worth the regualr walk around the whole set of lakes.
