Hi Baqaie,
Gordon Shopping Centre is only minutes away with an array of stores and supermarkets (Woolworths, Bakers Delight, Butcher etc). If you were in need of something more substantial, Chatswood Chase/Chatswood Westfield may be the ideal choice and can be accessed via car or train.
In terms of Gym, we are spoilt for choice with Vision Personal Training in Lindfield, North Shore Gym in Pymble and many others.
