Kuluin, QLD 4558

Kuluin is a great place to live, it’s a suburb close to Maroochydore but often overlooked as it’s quite small. It’s great for public transport and schools. It’s also 5 min drive to beaches and the plaza. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. And we are getting a Coles soon yay!!

I have lived in Kuluin for over six years and love the location and proximity to all amenities. We work in Ocean Street Maroochydore and it is a very short 5 minute drive to our business with no traffic problems. An excellent place to raise a family with local skate parks and walking tracks and they can safely walk to their friend's houses. One of my kids walks to school and the other catches a bus. My son can ride his bike to the Sunshine Plaza or to his after school job, or on the weekends they can walk to McDonalds or North Buderim IGA. We also have two local BYO Restaurants which are also within walking distance. It is a very friendly neighbourhood and a great community. Highly recommended!

Kuluin is an area that has been going through some growth. It is about 10 min drive from Maroochydore and has been a very popular place for property investors to purchase as it was relatively cheaper than the coast. As the coast has grown Kuluin has had more commercial development and some new estates open up on the unused land.

It is near primary and high schools so it makes an ideal place for family living.

Kuluin is also very close to sports parks, the Maroochy River and the Sunshine Coast Highway that locals take to travel north and south around the coast.

There are local shops but no major shopping centre. The lovely Maroochydore shopping centre is only a short drive away.
