Go onto https://www.facebook.com/groups/itclanecovechat/ and ask about it plenty of people have asked before and current residents of 25 Best st happy to answer for prospective purchaser
This is the local closed facebook group and then there is www.facebook.com/inthecove and www.inthecove.com.au that gives you all info on Lane Cove
