There is also a 24 hour General Practice in the new business hub in Cleveland opposite the Mater and Redlands hospitals. But again, remember you can't get off Macleay Island once the last ferry has gone which is around 10.45pm weekdays and 11.45pm Fridays plus you will need a vehicle parked or waiting on the mainland side.
Victoria Point is the nearest late-night medical centre - open til 10pm otherwise there's the emergency department at Redlands Hospital in Cleveland. Just remember you can't get off the island once the last ferry has gone which is around 10.45pm to 11.45pm depending on the day of the week. If you have a medical emergency there is an ambulance service on the island with an ambulance officer on call in the absence of the doctor. There is also a water vessel to take patients to the mainland and a helicopter pad for critical situations.
