Can anyone who live in Marsden park - let me know your thoughts on the suburb ?
Planning to buy a property in Marsden Park , Elara boulevard , I hear a lot of comments on the traffic on Richmond road and elara boulevard. Id it still bad or any improvement over the last years ? Also what is the community like ? Is it a friendly and safe neighbourhood ?
