Affordable place to rent in Melbourne.
My family and I need to move from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne for a year at least and we are looking for a place to rent for an affordable price, max. $350/week. Open to rent straight with the owner.
We are in 2 adults and 2 children (2 years old and 7 years old).
The idea is:
- take our daughter daily to the Dandenong Ranges Steiner School where she will study
- my wife needs to have an easy access to Monash University in Cleyton and Frankston to go once or a fewer times a week to study her PhD
- we love the waves and would be nice to be near to the beach if possible but as we need to take our child to school this will be the priority, once we can drive on the weekend to be at the beach.
We are simple and only need 1 or 2 bedrooms, nothing fancy but comfy and clean.
