Hi RoseT, I have sold numerous properties in Mermaid Waters to retirees and they all love living there.

I believe the area of Mermaid Waters close to Pacific Fair shopping centre would be best suited for you as this would put you close to the Tram station and bus station as well. Also being close to Pacific Fair will give you access to all the amenities at the shopping centre. It is also just a short stroll to the beach and there are miles of fantastic jogging and walking tracks along the beach.

Mermaid Beach also has a great family suburb feel to it as it is not known as a typical holiday hotspot on the Gold Coast.
