Moving to Newcastle
Hey I might be onto onto a good job up that way and looking for a place centrally located to the beach and nightlife my budget is no more then 350

Not sure if you have relocated yet, Newcastle, Maryville, Merewether are great locations.
Depending if you are after a house or an apartment will vary in the rental price. If $350 is your limit you may need to look at surrounding suburbs.
