Noarlunga Centre has quickly developed to become the hub of the southern suburbs.

Situated 25 kilometres to the south of Adelaide, Noarlunga Centre can be quickly and easily accessed by the Southern Expressway. This is a huge oneway road which links the southern suburbs to the city, and the direction changes depending on traffic flows. On weekday mornings you can take the Expressway from Noarlunga into the CBD, and one weekday afternoons you can take the Expressway from the CBD back to Noarlunga. This makes travel to the CBD very quick and easy, and so Noarlunga is a commuters dream!

Noarlunga Centre offers a huge range of facilities. There is the enormous Centro Colonnades Mall, which has absolutely everything you need for shopping, cinemas, eating and drinking, plus lots of extra facilities. All essential services are nearby, with the large Flinders Medical Centre just down the road. There are a number of schools (both primary and secondary, and public and private) in the region and tertiary education facilities such as a TAFE Campus and Flinders University nearby.

Housing in the area is subdivision style, with many neat properties side by side. A huge benefit of the region is the close proximity to the beach.
