Looking for a safe suburb in Perth with good schools, close to parks/beach for $500-$700pw for rent.
Please help im immigrating with my Daughter (single parent) in September I am looking for a clean and safe surburb with good schools, (private) good amenities (not sure if thats spelt right) and close to parks or a beach. I can afford around $500-$700pw for rent. I have looked at around 100 surberbs and my head is spinning
