At least 4 gay friends of mine left Prahran/Sth Yarra in the 2 years pre-covid. Late 20s to mid 30s at the time. They grew out of it and mentioned that their gay friends were also making the move. All but one moved north (Collingwood, Princes Hill, Alphington). One moved to Elwood.
