Whats the traffic and crime rates and roughly how many tram/bus routes are in Prahran?

There are a number of trams, including 6, 72 and the 78 up Chapel St. There are bus routes too but the only one I know goes to Commercial road. There are plenty of train stations within walking distance however. I've never had any issues with crime in more than 10 years of living around Chapel St.
