Is it good for investment property?
Is this suburb good for investment purpose? I'm not hearing very bad things and of course houses in affordable range and close to train station compared to other near by suburbs of Ipswich.

Redbank and Redbank Plains along with many outer Ipswich suburbs had residential housing built on old redendant mine shafts. There was a massive issuse in 2006 when housing collapsed into these mine shafts and the Qld Dept of NR&Mines had to pay out. I grew up in a house built on a mone shaft and we had no issues. But this is Ippy, it's a coal town and that's the risk
