McNamara Place and Six Mile Creek

Hi , Iam planning to purchase a property at McNamara Place Redbank plains. Would like to get some advise on the McNamara St and Six mile creek flood. Back side to property is the six mile creek which concerned me whether any flood was in the past. Thanks
