Is Keon parade, Reservoir a good place to live? Is the street too busy/crime?

Lived on keon parade 16 years too long. Geeze what a nightmare. Sometimes the trucks would vibrate the house. And in the middle of the night I would hear motor cycles or hotted up cars driving up and down and wonder why the police aren't coming. The factories across the rd will wake you up at 4am and on the weekend the intercom system would go off. In short, I would not ever live on a main rd again. I'm now on a quiet street the only noise I here are the chirping of birds.
