Reservoir is rapidly gentrifying as Preston buyers get pushed further north. Generally gentrification/higher socio economic status leads to an area feeling "safer". The Cheddar Rd side of Reservoir is in a quantifiable sense no more or less safe than the other side. Scott Hall Buyers Advocate - 0457 513 124
