Richmond blackout

Like, most of richmond or just Vic Gardens or some bridge road or what?

I'm not sure I can't find any news on it... The lights were down all along Victoria St while I was making my way towards Vic Gardens.

Update:

A POWER failure that left 13,500 inner Melbourne customers without electricity is thought to have been caused by an explosion.

The outage affected homes, businesses and traffic lights in the Richmond, Abbotsford and Hawthorn areas, Citipower spokesman Damien Batey said.

He said the company had received unconfirmed reports of an explosion at a substation on Church Street, North Richmond that occurred about 9.30am today.

I was on the tram at Church St/Bridge Rd when that happened, sounded like a house was being dropped on the ground!
