Rocklands Road - Reliability of buses and Commute Times to Sydney CBD and Chatswood

We are a family of 3 (with an 8-month old), considering moving to Wollstonecraft long-term.
The apartment that we are considering to rent is on Rocklands Rd (41 Rocklands Rd), kind of not too close to any train station.
I haven't travelled much on buses in Sydney. I am wondering if buses (to the Sydney CBD or to Chatswood) are a reliable during peak and non-peak hours. What are the commute times like?
